Refund & Returns Policy – Wholesale Crane Parts Australia

At Wholesale Crane Parts Australia, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.


Confirming the Correct Parts

To make sure you receive the correct part for your vehicle or machinery:

  • Please provide us with photos or part numbers from the original component before purchase.

  • Our skilled technicians are available to help with any compatibility or technical questions — contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.

  • We are not responsible for any costs if parts are ordered without verification from our staff. Incorrect orders may result in additional shipping charges, and may also incur a restocking and handling fee.


Shipping Information

  • Delivery Times: Delays may occur due to courier or supply chain issues beyond our control. Our delivery partners will always work to deliver items as quickly as possible.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs or import duty charges that may apply.

  • Shipping Options: We offer multiple shipping options and deliver to most areas across Australia.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Using Your Own Freight Company: If you choose to arrange your own freight, please provide all details before checkout so we can ensure accurate delivery.

  • Delivery Details: Customers must ensure correct delivery address and contact information at checkout. Redelivery fees may apply for undeliverable parcels due to incorrect details.

  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made during normal business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday). No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

  • Liability: We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier, or for issues arising from incorrect details provided at checkout (including missing contact numbers required for bulky deliveries).


Warranty Information

  • Warranty Period: 12 months or 1000 hours of product use, whichever occurs first.

  • Claim Process:

    1. Contact us via email with your order number, proof of purchase, and description of the fault.

    2. We will provide a warranty claim form and return instructions.

    3. Return the faulty part with proof of purchase and the completed claim form.

  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:

    • Incorrect installation

    • Contamination by foreign materials

    • Modifications outside OEM specifications

    • Misuse, abuse, or external damage

  • Sequential Costs: We are not liable for removal/reinstallation costs, downtime, or related expenses.


Returns Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Returns after this time will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Non-returnable items: Computer modules and electrical components cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days once the item is received and inspected.

  • Restocking and handling fees may apply to incorrectly ordered parts.


Collection / Pick-up

  • Orders may be collected from our Kewdale warehouse (Perth, WA) by arrangement.

  • Pick-up must be scheduled in advance, and items must be fully paid for before collection.
